Managerial Background

1. Debeswar Medhi aged 34years arts graduate who is closely associated from the very beginning of SATRA. After completing college education in the year 2004 he joined at SATRA as volounteer .being a volounteer of SATRA he involved with various activities, projects implemented by SATRA like livelihood, RTI campaign, Micro Finance, Skill development programme, Entrepreneurship development etc. By this time Mr. Medhi had participated several training workshop, exposure visit related with Micro Finance operation in different parts of the country and gain first hand knowledge on Micro Finance. Since 2007 he look after fund manager position of SATRA MF, later on he hold the position of Manager HR and Admin of SATRA Development Finance Pvt. Ltd.
2. Jagadish Nath aged 36 years arts graduate who is associated with cultural activities like performing drama since his school days, involved with SATRA as volunteer in the year after completing his college education. Being a SATRA volunteer he organized several skill development programme, Entrepreneurship development programme, awreness on RTI and he lead a team of young boys and girls who were perform street play for creating awareness on RTI Act. 2005 Later on since 2007 he look after Micro Finance operation at field level, guided field staff and motivated MF Client. At present he is holding Manager MIS of SDFPL.
3. Sumitra Barman aged 34 years having master degree in Assamese. After her education she joins at SATRA in the year 2004 as volunteer. Being a volunteer she had promoted several Self Help Groups in different parts of Darrang District which was supported by NABARD. She motivated rural women for promotion SHG and to start income generating activities for improving/increasing income. Since 2007 she is looking after Finance and accounts of SATRA .She had participated several training workshop seminar etc. related with Micro Finance in different parts of our country to gain first hand knowledge on MF and accounting system. At present she is holding Manager Finance and Accounts of SDFPL.
4. Nripen Kumar Nath aged 36 years, a arts graduate dedicated for social development. He join at SATRA as volunteer in the year 2006.Initially he organized several skill development programme on cane and bamboo, water hyacinth, entrepreneurship development etc. Then He tendered his services as credit officer of SATRA MF for 3 years and gain the knowledge of Micro Finance operation. Later on he hold several position like Branch Manager, Area manager etc. Since 2012 he is holding Manager Internal audit of the SDFPL. He is conducting entire internal audit of the company and report.
5. Khagen Baruah aged 30 years, arts graduate involved with SATRA since 2010 as SATRA volounteer, initially he worked as credit officer, later on Branch manager and at present he is working as accountant at Head Office.
